Three encaustic artists take an interesting journey back in time. The work provokes memory and nostalgia and through the use of encaustics, an ancient technique using beeswax, damar resin and pigment fused together with heat, they share special moments in time by incorporating found objects, techniques and the unique qualities of encaustic paint. |
